“Wish I could give an extra star! Our experience with Foundation Restoration was above and beyond. We purchased a house that needed foundation work (scary). FR came and did an assessment / quote during our inspection window amongst the chaos of closing. Eric gave us a huge peace of mind during this process with an accurate, fair $ estimate and education about the issue within a very short time period in order for us to make a good decision during closing. I cannot speak more for feeling like I wasn't getting a high pressure sales pitch- I felt like I was getting help from a friend! We had Foundation Restoration do the work a month after closing. Even though weather was yuck and FR was short staffed, they ended up making magic happen and completed a hefty job within a very reasonable amount of time. All the staff were incredible to work with. Kelcie was super responsive on emails as well and anytime we had a question there was always an answer. “There were a couple of work orders the apartment manager wanted professional help with. John was great! On time, thorough, experienced and easygoing. While he deferred attic evaluation and repairs to the apartment maintenance crew, he was able to get the bath fan working at the wall switch. It was the first time I’ve seen the switch working. If it continues to operate, he believed it may help the continuous airflow failure (by the TP square test) at the vent updraft. We are very grateful he tried to repair connections on the wall electrical box. On a separate issue, John showed us why it would be too costly a repair. As it happens, and remarkably, when John arrived the problem had resolved to a usable state. He explained that weather changes, continued foundation settling and fixed building materials in the construction could continue to make changes to this problem. John demonstrated capability and foresight. He would be fantastic on a walk through for folks looking to buy a new home. I would hire him!“

We were contacted promptly, our handyman, Jackson, came the next day and fixed the problem with in a couple of minutes. And then he fixed the problem with a 2nd door.
