“We hired Sean to do pretty much an entire interior renovation. Maderaworx did an outstanding job! These guys worked their butts off! They were on site every day all day they were very committed to get the job done. They were all very pleasant had great attitudes and do great work. They helped with designing the kitchen and went with us to pick materials and fixtures. I really trusted them with my home and my family even though I couldn't be there due to work obligations. They exceded expectations at every turn. I can't say enough how much I recommend this company. If you want a hard working, skilled and friendly crew choose Maderaworx, you will not be disappointed. All the subs and employees and the owner are exceptional! They made an extremely stressful renovation as pleasant as possible. “Had great experience with Lion Mechanical when they came out and installed a new thermostat for me. They proposed a cost effective solution ($260 Honeywell thermostat suitable for a high efficient 2 stage furnace) - instead of an outrageous $1,500 Lennox thermostat +installation & Service call proposed by another company. They professionally installed it on a timely basis for a very reasonable fee. “Great service, from the first phone call to the last hug goodbye. Oliva General Contracting made it happen. We did a complete renovation from top to bottom, new kitchen, new 1 and half bathroom (including new tub, tiling, and niche), laundry room, raising ceilings, widening doorways, new flooring, new lighting, new plumbing... Basically a whole house remodel. We had open communication and a smooth transaction throughout it all. Yasmany was honest, helpful, and a true professional. We had minor hiccups like any transaction but never once did we not feel heard or understood. Yasmany just continued to prove all these horrible contractor stories wrong. He handled everything perfectly and educated us along the way. We were living in the home during the renovation with a newborn baby and a toddler and they honestly went above and beyond to accommodate..  Everyday they did the best clean up they could and put any leftover tools higher up incase my toddler ran near the work zone etc. This is just one of the many kind and gracious acts they did. We 10000% recommend Oliva General Contracting and their team of experts. --- This review is quite late. The project was completed several months back but we had a busy few months with a colicky baby, medical issues and well life in general, no matter what though... “We heard of Eclipse Creations Contracting Ltd. through a neighbour. Right from the very first phone call, we received top notch service. Nik came to our place within a few days to assess our awning which was falling apart after only a few years. He explained to us what needed to be done (the previous company did a horrible job) and what options we had going forward. It turns out we were able to salvage the solid wood posts, create a larger backyard seating area, and place a larger, more stable, and nicer looking awning with shade for the summer. I would definitely call them again for any future renovations, big or small.“
