“Alan completely removed and replaced my old rotten cantilever deck from my house with a modern and up to code deck with Trex. I am completely happy with his work. Alan is professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. I will definitely rehire him for any other future projects; as well I would recommend him to family and friends. Alan completed the project on time as quoted and I believe he would have most likely finished it before schedule if WA winter weather hadn’t gotten in our way. When we ran into a couple supply issues I asked Alan “If this was your house what would you do?” I’m glad I went with his suggestions over mine as it clearly turned out for the best. I also really liked the fact Alan was excited about this project from start to finish. You could tell he enjoys what he does, which is a reflection in his work and the completion of the build. “George has replaced several roofs in my neighborhood and comes highly recommended. I found him to be upfront, honest and to have integrity. He was closely involved with the work as it was being done and ensured it was done right. He told me he strives to take the risk out of the cost of replacing a leaking roof and then proved it by absorbing the cost of replacing some of the damaged decking that was impossible to see before tearing off the roof. He even honored our agreement 3 months later when the real rains began and my gutter was overflowing on one corner, his guy came and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. They are very busy so follow up work might require a little patience but I have found them to be responsive.This is the first (and likely last) time I've recommended anyone on the internet but my experience with these guys was above and beyond positive.Services: Gutter installation“
“I am very grateful to have found this excellent family-owned and operated company. I was in dire need of a new deck, mine had holes in the decking and rot in the supports. Luckily I came across an ad in the paper for Bristlecone Builders. They came out and discussed options and came back with a fair apprasail. They were prompt, effecient and kept me informed throughout the entire build. Communication was open and easy and build quality was very high. The only cost deviation was due to additions or options we added above and beyond the original estimate. The deck is incredible, we love the look and it's solid as a rock!
