“On April 11, 2026, we had a serious water leak. Service Master by Roth was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. We were very anxious and didn't know what to do. Project manager James assured us that he will take care of everything and was very informative. James ran the entire project like a symphony. The demo crew were great: Acencio, Daniel, Micha, and Triston. The cleaning crew worked as if they are family: Enrique, Jeremaya, and Nicko. Daily Monitoring of wood moisture was done daily by Travis / Jr., they were very informative and good at their job. Last but not least their great office staff: Amanda, Aimee, and Breana. Thanks to all of you for a job well done and for giving us a peace of mind.

We were contacted promptly, our handyman, Jackson, came the next day and fixed the problem with in a couple of minutes. And then he fixed the problem with a 2nd door. Here we are.....months later.....near the end of May 2026.
Our flood took place last August 13th....2025.
Today, I would like to address a whole new crew of ServPro rebuilders who have worked with us the last number of months. under their manager, Kevin Neilson. He has been magnificent. He responded quickly to any inquiries we had and let us know if there were going to be hold ups. He has visited our home in person to connect with us and see what his teams are doing. He and his crews have taken care of a myriad of different aspects of the rebuild: plumbing, ordering and installing a new vanity, laying engineered wood floating floors, painting, returning boxes from storage, re-assembling beds, fixing wiring. To a person, these young people have worked tirelessly, sometimes staying til 8 pm. They are skilled, friendly, kind and punctual. We are always notified in advance about their time of arrival and the nature of their work. Yesterday, we were sent our final billing, which came out very close to what they had estimated all those months ago. They were more than fair. We can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with ServPro over these months. We recommend them with no reservations.“

“Z Construction, led by Perry Zender, provided outstanding service during our home interior update, which included all bathrooms and opening the kitchen, family room, and dining area into an open concept with larger windows and a redesigned fireplace and entertainment center. Perry guided us through every stage, recommending design experts and coordinating vendors for cabinets, quartzite/quartz/tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. The team collaborated well with our designer and each other and accommodated us living and working from home by installing temporary walls and carefully staging the work.
