We worked with Monarca construction for our kitchen remodel. We wanted to tear it down to the studs, remove a wall and replace all the fixtures, materials, floors, appliance, lighting, doors and windows. It was a huge project. Carlos was the best partner we could have asked for. He delivered on every commitment he made. He communicated regularly, solved problems quickly, delivered the entire project on time, and most importantly, built us a phenomenal kitchen that was exactly what we wanted.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job with our house. They really care about the work and the details to get it done right. They worked late when needed to stay on schedule. I’m using them again for a second project! I know it is just a small part of the project, but I am very excited about our handrail for the stairs. It came out exactly as I wanted.
Carlos and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. They offered a fair estimate with no surprises, had excellent communication throughout, and completed in a timely fashion.
