Chuckanut Crest Association is a large home owners association on the side of Chuckanut mountain overlooking Bellingham Bay. We have contracted with Preservative Services for several years for snowplowing and year round roadside maintenance that includes tree trimming, leaf and brush clearing, ditch clearing and culvert maintenance. Chris Grainer and his crew are honest, fair, easy to work with, are hard workers, and do a consistently good job. We value our relationship with Preservative Services.

We had some yard water drainage problems affecting our crawlspace and they came out to take a look and give guidance on what to do if I wanted to try and tackle it myself. If I can't I'll definitely be calling as they seemed proficient. Really nice and approachable and I really appreciated the time.

Chris did an excellent job removing a huge pile of dirt on our lot, very fast and efficient too. His rates are fair and exactly as quoted... I would definitely hire again if I needed any landscaping services! Thanks guys!
