We had to remodel to make our home accessible for a wheelchair and other mobility restrictions. They had done an outdoor project for us years ago and we wanted to work with them again. The design team was very thorough and creative, adapting to challenges throughout the project. The building team was also careful and adaptable. They work with subcontractors they have known for years and who were also careful and thorough. They are expensive, but well worth it for their reliability, quality, and collaboration.

I can’t overstate how much my husband and I appreciate having had A1 on our team when we set out on the biggest project of our lives. Our house is more than a hundred years old and needed a ton of work, from the roof to the siding, insulation to windows, HVAC system to deck.
When we were looking for contractors, it was clear that to most, we were just a billing opportunity. Only A1 saw us as real human beings, and our home project as the embodiment of our life’s dreams.
The genuine care, respect and attention that A1 initially showed us never wavered. From our first inquiry, to the final walkthrough, we always felt listened to, our every concern addressed.
Excellent work rebuilding a deck on my 1977 Chuckanut home. Ipe decking that never needs sealant or re-oiling, cable rails with aluminum hardware. Work completed in 2019 it is now 7 years later and it still looks brand new!
