“This is a wonderful place to practice when you're on the island. Variety of class offerings and such a great welcoming community. I did one yin class and went back next day for the warm Hatha. I love the way they've done the heating elements (warmth was even throughout the practice but not stifling) and the flooring is very comfortable. Clean and minimalist studio has a great vibe. They have extra mats if you're visiting. Instructors make use of the props and led well-thought out classes.”
