I just love this place. Great teachers and students… Friendly and welcoming for all levels. I haven’t done yoga in a few years so am starting over as a beginner… and I feel very welcome here.

This yoga studio is something special. I started attending the barre and hot yoga sculpt class at the beginning of the year, and it has had an incredible impact on my fitness and overall health. Julia the owner is kind and makes every class fun. Every single instructor I have experienced has been amazing. Julia L., Sandee, Danielle, Nicole- fabulous! The community is welcoming and encouraging. Cannot recommend this place enough- and highly recommend trying every class, you won’t regret it!

My favorite thing about this studio is how welcoming and nice the teachers are! I don’t feel intimidated or scared to ask any questions which is so nice since I am a beginner! I also feel that since I started coming to this studio consistently ( like a month so far) I have become more flexible and stronger for sure. They have a new owner and she has been adding new classes and updating the gym which is exciting! Would absolutely recommend for quality hot yoga :)
