Elizabeth gives amazing massages and is very knowledgeable about bodywork. I have always felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, and her craniosacral work melts away the tension and feeling of stress.

BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! My girlfriends got me a prenatal massage for my birthday and I went in at 39 weeks. It was heaven! I expressed to Elizabeth that in all of my previous massages I never felt satisfied because the massage therapists couldn't give the deep pressure I needed. Boy did she deliver! She listened to my needs and gave me the deep tissue massage I needed to find relief in my very pregnant body. I felt amazing during and afterward. Elizabeth communicated efficiently and customized my massage to focus on my concerns.
