Shockingly bad service. Unit hasn't functioned properly for more than a month since installation two years ago. Over a dozen service calls and it's always treated as a new problem. Unit has failed again and their phone rings through/isn't answered with no option to leave a message. Avoid this company.
Called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and was told each time someone would call me back. I never got a call back!!! This makes me very sad because we just had them install a AC unit over the summer and the technician was great.Service: Heating system repair
Service team caused damages that will now cost more money to fix. The management is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take any sort of pride in the work. When I contacted management to discuss the concerns of the damages, they refused to return my call and only sent emails that avoided any responsibility. They would not even provide a name of management. Not recommend
