I needed grout for some hand made tiles and Abigail not only provided great service, she went above and beyond. By proactively sharing a list of their available grout’s and caulks to having the colors with the best prospects for a match brought from their separate warehouse to the store to save time. And when it turned out the best match was not one of their colors but a color I could purchase at a big box, she sent me the isle and bay location information for that product in a text message after confirming they had good stock for my project. I have to have carpet installed very soon. Emerald installation will get my business.“
