The representative that came out was on time, kind, informative, and very helpful in answering my questions. Scheduling was a breeze and the two man team, headed by Roman, who removed my old floors and installed my new lvp floors were professional, on time, and meticulous when it came to the small details. My new floors are beautiful and the entire Carpet To Go team has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend using their services and supporting a local company.”

“We had a fantastic experience with this flooring company from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Anton was extremely helpful throughout the sales process and even came out a second time to answer additional questions. Communication was always clear and timely. We especially appreciated his honesty—he was upfront about not being able to fully assess the leveling needs due to the existing carpet and provided a realistic range of what might be required (the only vendor to do so). Cole at the Bellevue store was helpful on more than one occasion and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through options and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Adrian, our project manager, was outstanding. He guided us through the entire project and clearly explained challenges that came up along the way. He was available for calls and texts, provided updates, and accommodated an additional piece of work at the outset without any issues. Also before we even signed the quote, he made a special effort to get us samples from a store location during our day off when that location wasn't open. Overall, the whole team was dependable, communicative, and truly great to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, professional flooring experience”

“George and Peter did great work on our damaged kitchen floor! We had water damage from leaking refrigerator and the people who cut out the flooring to dry it out threw away the pieces. Turns out they don’t make that flooring anymore. We thought we would have to replace the entire kitchen floor. But no! George and Peter showed how they could remove flooring from a closet and use that to repair the damage. Then they did a beautiful job of putting another type of wood floor into the closet. They saved us at least $10,000 dollars doing that. Also their quote for the repair was $1,000 less than a different vendor. We recommend working with them and will use them if we have any flooring needs in future. Will post pics of their work now if I can find where to put them. :)”
