The in store personnel Chris & Amanda were friendly & helpful as we tried to decide on what we wanted & they have flooring samples to take home. Joe who came out to measure & do the bids was on time, friendly, asked pertinent questions and the bids accurately reflected what was to be done.First- Chris installed a new vinyl floor in our main bathroom after taking out a chunk of old damaged sub flooring & replacing it with new.Second- Bill came out and sanded/refinished our dining room and hall floors with a Swedish Finish.Third- Chris came back and installed a new living room carpet for us.They both have been doing flooring for years and know what they’re doing. My floors look like new and like they were always like that. In addition, they helped me bring the furniture back into the house since my husband was not available.
