Do not buy carpet at this store. I wish I would have read reviews before buying. My experience has been a six-month nightmare. Carpet with a defect down the middle was installed. I had to wait for the owner, the installer and two regional managers to come verify the defect. This took over 5 months!! I just got my new carpet last Friday. Nicole( the owner)measured incorrectly and charged us for 5 extra yards. She refused to give us a credit. No customer service at this shop. Buyer beware!

Buyers be aware. Nicole at advanced flooring runs a disreputable shop. There were all kinds of signs and I should’ve walked out when I discovered her business practices. I had an expensive wool carpet installed in my home in several rooms and the seams for each one of these carpets shows so vividly that I had to take her to small claims court. Almost ten thousand dollars worth of carpet and every time I walk in the room a see the unsightly seems in the carpet I just feel ripped off.

Hey Nichole. A start with good customer service might be owning up to your mistakes and not hanging up on a customer who is trying to rectify your admitted mistake. I hope you make it right but based on our phone conversation i have little hope. You treat your contractors like trash. And your customers too. Amazing that you are still in business.
