Port Madison provided A-grade service on our hardwood floors project from start to finish. We had water damage to the floor that required wood replacement and integration with other flooring units for a cohesive flow. They nailed it. Effective communication regarding scheduling and process expectations got us off to a strong start with the office team. And the project lead, Vic, was a real craftsman. I enjoyed listening to him coach others on the project team and the result was a high-quality floor and finish.
