“My husband and I visited the Emerald showroom while shopping for new flooring. We found Alexander professional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work.
