Richard and his team at NW Integrity Flooring perfectly reflect their company's name - They went over and above my poorly communicated requirements and did a job they could be proud of, overcoming several obstacles in the work that were there because I was 2500 miles away in Texas. Richard came back at least twice to deal with problems he uncovered which made his job harder, but he never complained and he never cut corners. His standards are high but his prices are reasonable. I was lucky to find him.

Northwest Integrity Carpet has been so easy to work with and way better than the big box stores on so many levels; from customer service, to attentiveness and quick responses, to fielding a plethora of inquiries to educating and guiding me on what products would work best for our home.Richard, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. The staff were helpful with requested samples/pricing and the installers were punctual, efficient, did a beautiful install job and even took some extra steps to cover a weird concrete trim area with carpet. Can't recommend NIF enough! They did an amazing job finding a perfect match for our hardwood floors (in one area, they had to weave in the floor where we removed a peninsula - you can't even tell the difference!). We also purchased all new carpet from them, they were so helpful and informative when we were picking out the product. In addition, they're customer service is exemplary!
