From our original conversations, to selecting designs and materials, to the full construction, everyone was absolutely fantastic. I was VERY particular about what I was looking for –use of real terrazzo flooring and countertops, a glass rain shower, floor to ceiling tiles, plenty of storage and a layout that felt open and functional. Toni helped me refine my vision and put together a design that wowed. At every point in the process, Stefan and his crew was very engaged, and even recognized my anxiety around completing a large renovation project. They ensured that everything was completed to a high standard of construction, even with the smallest details.

We chose Floors Plus NW after getting bids for redoing our floors with LVP from several places including from a big box company. While not the lowest bid, they came highly-recommended from several people, and they were willing to work within our budget. We are enormously grateful we chose them. Our floors look incredible, even better than we expected. It's absolutely amazing how similar the vinyl flooring looks to the real hardwood we have in our other home. Our townhouse looks much brighter and more spacious.

Luis, Liliana, and their son were all incredibly sweet and responsive. They knew we were on a tight timeline and adjusted their installation schedule and finished the work EARLY! Luis and Liliana even came out personally to inspect and did some final touches to the completed flooring. “First, I typically try to do work around the house myself because I always feel like I’m charged more than a job is worth. However exterior painting is something I certainly did not want to tackle so I reached out and spoke to Colby. He was responsive and came out to give me an estimate on the job. After receiving the estimate and scheduling the service, Colby took it from there. He set the dates and purchased all the supplies where as I had other estimates where contractors wanted me to buy the supplies ahead of time. We had him completely repaint the exterior of our home. She helped us choose: wood flooring for our kitchen, dinning room and living room; carpet for two bedrooms; tile for two bathrooms and a laundry, tile to surround our fireplace and a tile backsplash in our kitchen; and quartz counter tops for our kitchen and bathrooms. She did a great job of narrowing down choices for us based on what we thought we wanted and gave her opinion when asked. She tracked the delivery of our products and kept us up to date. “We had older laminate flooring in our kitchen and were looking for an upgrade. We visited a few places around the area, but ended up going with Intra Flooring based on Aleksey’s knowledge and how helpful he was. When we first visited the showroom, Aleksey was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest about all the products available. He came to measure and provided some samples for us to choose between, he even let us borrow the samples for a few days so we could be sure on the color we were choosing. Once we were decided, he was able to schedule installation quickly. Our installer was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We’re not fully done with our kitchen refresh, but we’re so happy with our floors!“
