I have never written a review before but I need to write one for Dr. Pugh, who had to treat our pup urgently overnight. Immediately, she calmed us and made us feel at ease. She clearly and frequently communicated with us while we waited for the pup to be assessed and treated. The entire staff was so kind and efficient and we are forever grateful.

One goes to Hope Center when faced with health problem. We went there for dog oncology. The staff, nurse and doctors are great. Very attentive. So helpful to keep us informed of, and discuss the treatment plan.The space is comfortable. They have coffee and wifi.

Our dog had to be rushed to the ER last week due to an arrhythmia. Heartbreakingly, she passed, but the Hope Center did everything they could and could not have been kinder to us and Sally. They did all the testing they could and while tragically too late, we felt we finally had answers for things that a previous ER doctor (in NY while we were out of town) had missed/looked over. Shout out to Dr. Gonzalez in particular, who we got to meet twice and who explained things to us in such a kind and understandable way, Dr. Caro, who while we never met in person, also helped Sally and spent some time with us on the phone going over her findings, and also to all their techs/front...read full review
