“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.“

“Cherrydale Vet is fantastic! The staff are always very sweet and friendly with my dog -- she tends to be a bit anxious and hyper when she first comes in and they do a great job with giving her time to get familiarized with them and helping her settle down before proceeding with the examinations. In certain cases, they are also willing to give treatment advice over phone or email which can be really helpful in terms of saving us an unnecessary trip to the vet (not to mention a bill too!). Would absolutely recommend them for any pet owners.“

They reach out after surgery mean while other vets for got to reach out after a simple test. Only Con is the parking situation.“

“Great place if you just need a quick exam and vaccines. Staff was very friendly and good with my dog. Dr. John was extremely personable, knowledgable, and patient. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips. I will be taking my cats to get their vaccines there now too. Do note, they aren't a full service vet, they don't offer any procedures or emergency services, but if all you need is a health exam and vaccines, this is a terrific and affordable option versus paying a typical vet office. Highly recommend.“

“Family Pet Vet is the absolute best. Dr. Wehrli is so compassionate and authentic. And, not only is Dr. Wehrli the best, but his staff is my absolute favorite. In particular Beatriz and Cai! They have so much love for all the animals. They are so kind and helpful. We had a really serious surgery with our older dog and they were so helpful in walking me through everything and getting him out and into the car to help me. When our dog ended up passing they were so compassionate. We now have a new puppy and they are just as loving. I feel like they are a truly family vet practice.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Fairfax Veterinary Hospital. This past Monday, after finding out that my dog has hepatitis and that she would have to be on a month long regimen of antibiotics, Zoe has called at least once a day to make sure Simone was doing ok. I know that we are not the only patients of the practice, but they sure do make you feel like you are their most important client. It’s evident that they care about your fur babies as much as you do, which means everything, especially when you’re feeling so helpless and want to do everything in your power to make sure they get better.Thank you to Dr. Randivand, Zoe and the rest of the staff for making this scary journey a little more bearable. Wendy, at the front desk, is absolutely delightful and cares deeply for each animal that enters that place. The vet, Dr. Caldwell, is high energy, deeply knowledgeable, and “brings you along for the ride.” I’ve been dealing with a very sick rescue (my absolute baby) and they have handled each situation with practicality, expertise, and tender care. “My family take 2 of there dogs twice a week. The dogs love going each week and sometimes we do overnight boarding and they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs. Anytime we have had an interaction with the employees it has been very positiveThank you staff at Montrose for taking such great care of our fur babies“
