He is an extra sensitive dog who requires sedated visits and some creative solutions to getting him the care he needs, while also limiting his stress as much as possible. The staff at Clarendon have been extremely gentle, understanding, and patient with finding solutions that work for him, while also giving him great medical care. The vets and techs are sensitive to my cat’s preferences, gentle during exams, and take time to explain everything clearly. When my cat shows signs of stress, they never push; instead, they suggest coming back another day for bloodwork if needed, which makes visits much more comfortable for all of us.
