The staff are always very sweet and friendly with my dog -- she tends to be a bit anxious and hyper when she first comes in and they do a great job with giving her time to get familiarized with them and helping her settle down before proceeding with the examinations. In certain cases, they are also willing to give treatment advice over phone or email which can be really helpful in terms of saving us an unnecessary trip to the vet (not to mention a bill too!).
