“This place is a total hidden gem. Behind the unassuming storefront, the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and super capable. I have always experienced the prices to be extremely fair and a good value. I've personally used them to transfer my files from my PC laptop to my mac when I made the switch to mac. It's so much less stressful than visiting the apple store. And while this store isn't as big or "cool" as the sadly-now-closed-but-widely-beloved-and-legendary TekServe in NYC, it has that same "just come in and you can talk to us and we'll just help you" vibe. AND it's right here in Arlington :) I can just walk over, which is amazing. Also, my mom has bought all of her computers from them for decades, as well as for service and repair, and she's only had positive experiences. Once someone even walked over to our house during an ice storm to work on her computer so she didn't have to bring it over. I'm so glad this place is in the neighborhood!“

“Very helpful and friendly. My laptop suddenly wouldn't boot up correctly. I called Laptop Repair and spoke to Richard for an initial consultation over the phone. Richard diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me a quote to fix my machine. After speaking with Richard, we decided the laptop wasn't worth fixing but better to buy a brand new machine and Richard kindly provided recommendations on brands and models to buy and where to buy them. Very pleasant experience. I would deal with Richard again and recommend him.“
