This place is a total hidden gem. Behind the unassuming storefront, the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and super capable. I have always experienced the prices to be extremely fair and a good value. I've personally used them to transfer my files from my PC laptop to my mac when I made the switch to mac. It's so much less stressful than visiting the apple store. And while this store isn't as big or "cool" as the sadly-now-closed-but-widely-beloved-and-legendary TekServe in NYC, it has that same "just come in and you can talk to us and we'll just help you" vibe.
