Cameron has been providing IT service to my computers since 2018. He's top of the line, knows what he's doing, doesn't waste a minute, and diagnoses the problem and remedies it quickly. He also responds promptly when assistance is needed in a hurry. Customer friendly service at a reasonable cost.
My pricy laptop would not boot up after I tried to replace the battery. I contacted Cameron based on his Consumer Checkbook ratings. He responded to my message right away. He lives about 5 miles from me. I dropped the laptop off. 2 days later, it was fixed, with the new battery working!!! Very reasonable price. Quick service. Reliable.
My Surface Studio crashed and I needed an onsite repair. Cameron came and quickly and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem -- a crashed hard drive. He installed a new drive plus my essential software. He will get the job done quickly and can work onsite. All the more impressive because Surface Studios are very difficult to take apart and reassemble! Hire with confidence.
