Gave them the money through Zelle (very convenient for a NFCU bank account), waited 3-4 days for parts to come in. I gave them the computer before heading into work, then had to ask my boss to leave work early since they repaired it so quickly. Computer was fully repaired after pick up, very happy with the results!

Highly recommend.They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry, providing a diagnostic summary with a very competitive, itemized quote that clearly distinguished parts from labor costs. This level of transparency lets you know exactly what you're getting.Customer service is exceptional. I arrived late and missed their regular business hours for dropping off my laptop. To my surprise, they offered to make the repair while I waited during my next visit, sparing me the hassle of an extra trip. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I’m a student at GMU, and needed my macbook screen fixed ASAP and experienced nothing but great things with this company! I was able to get my computer back in 3 days for a price lower than most any place around. They really care about clients and working closely with them.
