I’ve been with MACS for at least a decade. Always impressed by the customer service ethic. Will, the owner, keeps hiring great people. They are always busy yet somehow always willing and able to do a work around for an urgent need. I recently commented to David on the tech support team that it was like working with Apple itself. The service is that good. He told me he came from Apple to MACS!!! And the team is great at making their explanations clear, even to an aging digital immigrant. 5 stars.

I'm usually very apprehensive about taking my computer in for repairs b/c I don't know enough to tell when they're being honest. This was NOT the case here. Will responded promptly to my online inquiry and laid everything out clearly for me so that I knew what I was expecting. Best, there were no surprises at the end. This was a great transaction and exactly what I want from this type of business: straight forward and no BS.

I have worked with The Owner, Will O'Neal, for several years and his attention to detail and comprehensive IT coverage are hard to match.
