My hard drive crashed and couldn't get to start up. Problem diagnosed and solved quickly and at a reasonable price including data recovery, new hard drive install, and overall got everything back and rolling like new! Good communication throughout and also included pick up and drop off. Really impressed and will definitely use again!

this is the one and only Computer Repair shop who can do the job.personally I believe this is the END of searching for repair or buy a decent PC laptop.thank you all at this location.

I arrived at TopTech/The Eldest Geek yesterday afternoon with a completely non-functional computer. The previous night, my boyfriend and I had tried to replace the battery in my computer, but there was a screw that wouldn't come out. When I tried to turn the computer back on, it wouldn't work at all. I took it to our IT guy at work and he wasn't able to get the screw out either, and couldn't get the computer to turn back on. Craig looked at my computer and said he would be able to get the screw out and replace the battery (which I had bought myself) in three days.
