Thanks to Ismael and the Bamavi team. They saved us significant dollars by repairing our scanner/printer vs us buyng a new one. They were upfront about their pricing and the issue and did not try to over sell us. Would definately use their services again.

Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful. He was the first person to answer my phone calls and the only person who was able to schedule a same-day appointment. I work as a TIPIC and i print out thousands of pages of documents a day. My printer is one of the most integral machines that I use to run my business efficiently. Mr. Gonzalez understood the urgency of my situation and came to my home personally to ensure that my printer would be repaired. He worked diligently, and patiently until the repair was completed. Very profesional. The problem with my system was identified, and the system was back on line in a short period of time. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The best part is that he was able to explain the problem in Spanish, my native language, so I was better able to understand. Highly recommend the services offered by this company.
