Convenient, trustworthy, competent and nice! As Murphy’s Law would have it, my laptop seized & died just before I was able to email a time-sensitive important document. It would have taken me about 6 hours to rewrite it from scratch but Jim was a lifesaver and kindly was able to locate it for me on my hard drive. Then he diagnosed and fixed my Lenovo laptop under warranty so I didn’t have to pay a penny.
