I just noticed that the owner of Macro Systems left a comment (4 years after my original post), indicating that I must have his company confused with another. Given that I interacted with "HC" on multiple occasions at our office while he cheated us blind, I can assure any readers that this is indeed the correct company.

Macro Systems has been serving the Metro Washington, DC area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices.
