I have noticed such a difference in my body, strength and energy levels after only three months! The owner, Ashley, is not only a great instructor but she knows how to create a space and atmosphere that is welcoming, intimate and that gives so much personal attention. Natalie has been my instructor for most of my classes and she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, sweet, fun to have as an instructor and has great energy!
