As an older student, Dean helped me realize the fun is in playing the music. With his guidance, I backed off the scales and drills and focused in on songs. Such a great resource of all kinds of music. The transformation of listening to music and trying to memorize the parts to hearing music and finding a way to play along. I have been going to Jenny’s for a long time, Katya has been cutting my hair recently and does a fabulous job every time. The only complaint I have is that Nina, the girl who “checked me in” looked up and saw me walking in the doorway and didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 seconds after I was standing in front of her and she finished her text. She then said she would let Katya know I’m here, but she did not do that. The only reason I was seen was because Katya walked up to me knowing that a person was sitting there and she had an appointment at that time. Very disappointed with Nina, as the typical people who check me in there are also great.

Ed has come over to address a number of issues in the last year or so (aging house, aging plumbing). This morning I called them in a panic about something, they scheduled a visit for this afternoon and…basically it is the plumbing version of “operator error.” I felt foolish but SO relieved. Ed was so kind. He really is the best at the job, and also the nicest person ever.
What can I say other than I'm extremely happy with Augustine Plumbing. I had a bad water heater and called them up since they were the original installer of the new home construction. Cindy was awesome; provided A++ customer service. Scheduling was a breeze and she was upfront with all the costs. Our technician, Allen, ran behind a little bit on the day of service but he communicated with us every step of the way, 0 issues. He did an excellent job; neat plumbing, quick, and tidied up perfectly. They charged labor and materials, no mark ups, no hidden fees, no dispatch fees, no nonsense. I can't recommend them more. This company is great!

I could not be happier with my stamped concrete patio built by Leo and his team. My old patio needed to be replaced and I contacted several contractors but Leo was quick to visit the site and came back with a fair price. Yvonne and the team at Total Pool and Service are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve been getting chemicals, advice and service from them for the past 5 years. They have helped me with countless new pool owner questions and are always extremely patient!
Over the past 2 years I have also contracted with their crew for my openings and closings and could not be happier! Prior to JR and the team coming out to open my pool, a different company would take the cover off and say “good luck this season.” The Total Pool and Service team comes out, removes the cover, cleans off the pool deck, and even give the pools surface a deep cleaning! The service crew is always incredibly attentive, patient, and completely transparent about their process which as a newer pool owner puts me at ease. The cherry on top of the opening process is that the crew comes back a few days later for another deep cleaning and upon leaving ensure that your pool is clean and ready to start the season! Prior to Total Pool and Service I spent between 7-10 days getting the pool ready for the first swim of the season. This year I had a clean pool, got my chemicals balanced, and a replacement part (ordered at 6pm and it arrived the next day by 9am *big shoutout Yvonne!*) all in 4 days! The closing process is a dream as well, all that’s needed is the cover and the crew takes care of the rest!

To be clear, this wasn't a perfect 5-star experience. We contracted Wildwood to help with the installation of an above-ground container pool. We ended up with four different project managers as our point people left the company one at a time. There were delays (not all Wildwood's fault). There were hiccups. There was a lack of clarity and continuity at times. But Jeremy, the GM of Wildwood, worked tirelessly and endlessly to make sure we got the finished result we wanted. He even swung by in his free time to fix the electrical work screwed up by a different company we had contracted to build the deck. So probably a 4-star overall rating, but Jeremy's commitment to excellence drags it up to a 5.
Everyone is very nice. You can tell that they Turkey care about their patience. I have been going for several years and have” Enjoyed” My visits. Just recently I had to go in for an emergency situation and was not able to see my regular dentist. The dentist I did see was just as good.. GREAT Dentistry

Nancy is amazing and so passionate about her craft. I am always impressed by her knowledge, skills, and willingness to teach us to be better caretakers of our horses. Field medicine isn't for the faint of heart by any means! However, she is compassionate and always does right by the clients, and what's best for the horses. I've witnessed her do some seriously incredible work! Can't speak highly enough of how fantastic she is in every situation I've seen her in from diagnostics, to an xray on a foal, and to things I'd imagine Google wouldn't enjoy me typing out ? So thankful we have an amazing equine vet we trust whole-heartedly!Basically, I can't recommend her enough!!

My first encounter with Dr.Stang was 8years ago when he did my first weimaraner OFA hips and elbows. Then he did my next one too! Both dogs hips came back OFA excellent, elbows - normal! He knows what he is doing and he is an outstanding professional. What makes him different from other vets is his friendliness! The staff are very welcoming.
