I have been going to Jenny’s for a long time, Katya has been cutting my hair recently and does a fabulous job every time. The only complaint I have is that Nina, the girl who “checked me in” looked up and saw me walking in the doorway and didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 seconds after I was standing in front of her and she finished her text. She then said she would let Katya know I’m here, but she did not do that. The only reason I was seen was because Katya walked up to me knowing that a person was sitting there and she had an appointment at that time. Very disappointed with Nina, as the typical people who check me in there are also great.
Stephani was great! Not only was she attentive to details and cut my hair exactly as I asked, she also made me feel so comfortable and taught me so much about how to take care of my hair. Will definitely book again!
I went in on Friday to have Dutch braids done for a marathon I ran on the following Sunday and I could not be more happy with the braids that Jeny Terrazas did! I had almost zero fly aways after 2 nights of sleeping in them without a wrap! I will definitely be coming back for my future styling needs!!❤️
