Andrew was a complete delight and a true professional. Getting the appointment was very simple and everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous. Hopefully, we won’t have other plumbing issues, but if we do, I will definitely reach out to 1 Tom Plumber again!
We have a mobile truck and our hot water heater stopped working. The truck was booked for an event the very next day. We needed the hot water in order to pass inspection. Called a few places to no avail. Called this business and was greeted by Emily who was absolutely amazing. She walked with me the entire time and let me know steps and who would be doing what. Andrew arrived at the truck on time and was very professional. Although they had never done this type of work before for a mobile food truck, I couldn't tell. They ordered the parts and installed a new hot water tank within a few hours. We are very pleased with this company and will definitely be using them again...read full review
Andrew came to my parents house and was very friendly. He was very efficient and clean about installing my parents new water heater. Would recommend 1-Tom to anyone in the northern Virginia area.
