These guys are great. Hired them in June 2021 to install the trex rain escape system under my deck, to direct rainwater into our gutter system. Looks perfect and super tight. They also installed a ceiling, lights and fan. A++ contractors, highly recommend them if you can get them.Services: Fan installation
C&Brothers completely changed our outdoor living in our home. Our stacked stone wall out front gets rave reviews from passers-by and looks like it is from the early days of historic Hamilton. Highly recommend!
This is the third major renovation (kitchen, bathrooms and screen porch/patio) Advanced Contracting has completed at our house. We are always impressed with Randy’s attention to detail throughout the process. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Randy and Patty Iacone made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe initially proposed. Randy worked within our budget and provided us with suggestions and options. His team did an excellent job and Randy was always available to answer questions and oversee construction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a contractor who has their customers best interest at heart.
Team members I've met have been very friendly and explain what they see and their plan resolve the issues. We had them come out to take care of a raccoon that made its way into our attic. They provide a warranty as well which was utilized a few months later since another animal found/created a new entry point into our attic again. I wasn't able to identify the animal but they took me at my word for hearing noises and found a solution.If there is one knock against them it's that they likely won't be able to see you immediately. But if they could they'd probably be going out of business... I'm sure they have to prioritize more critical situations as well.
I have been with house paws for many years and I am very pleased with their services. Doctors and staff are always nice respectful and caring of their patients.
