“To be clear, this wasn't a perfect 5-star experience. We contracted Wildwood to help with the installation of an above-ground container pool. We ended up with four different project managers as our point people left the company one at a time. There were delays (not all Wildwood's fault). There were hiccups. There was a lack of clarity and continuity at times. But Jeremy, the GM of Wildwood, worked tirelessly and endlessly to make sure we got the finished result we wanted. He even swung by in his free time to fix the electrical work screwed up by a different company we had contracted to build the deck. So probably a 4-star overall rating, but Jeremy's commitment to excellence drags it up to a 5.“
