I have thought of a screened in porch for years. At some point, I realized that one with motorized screens would be perfect. I like being able to walk out in the yard at times and at others, having the porch screened in so the bugs don't bother us. I saw the Tri-State truck and asked for a card. I called, got the quote and ordered screens. Everyone I dealt with from the person I contacted (Christian) to the scheduling person to the technicians was fantastic. The product is wonderful and feels very substantial. The hardward also blends into the existing porch. It looks fantastic. We will be spending our fall on the newly screened-in porch.

Had a great experience with Tri-State from start to finish. I had collected a few quotes for a retractable awning, and while they weren't the lowest quote I received, I wound up going with them anyway due to their reputation online as well as the good feeling I had following the initial consultation. The person who came to my house to provide the quote really spent a good amount of time explaining all the options, different ways we could go about installing it, the logistics of getting the thing hoisted to the fourth floor deck where it was to be installed, and I came away from it feeling like this company really valued the customer and ensuring the job was done properly.
