We bought a new home where the previous owner had a cat. Several of us are allergic so we wanted the carpets thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. Also, the basement carpet was in rough shape and very stained. I was doubtful it could be cleaned well enough without having to be replaced. I was wrong. Jim not only came out quickly (the next day after I called him), he got the carpets looking spotless. We were so impressed, and we will definitely be using this company again in the future. Their rates were also less than several other companies I called.

Previous tenants had not cleaned the carpet and I discovered there was cat hair and staining when I took possession. Landlord agreed to let me find a carpet cleaner and JBJ had good reviews. I was only in town for 2-3 days before I had to leave again so having it done quickly was important. I called him Monday, and he arrived the next morning and did an excellent job! Very impressed with communication, professionalism, and good value. Would use again!
