“We decided to have our 1988 Ashburn home resided. In addition to the switch from Vinyl siding to Hardie Plank Siding, our homes were built with MOSTLY blue foam board as underlayment which needed to be replaced with CDX plywood. We also decided to replace 3 exterior doors (Front Entry, Patio slider, and basement entry) at the same time.
We received 5 quotes for the work ranging from $85K to $135K for the same work. We narrowed our search down between 2 contractors and ultimately chose VA Exteriors. We chose them for 2 reasons. 1) they were very competitive on price and 2) Naseem's personal touch and interest in the project being done properly was felt.
Through the project, there were some hiccups, but VA Exteriors overcame them all. I would highly recommend them for siding replacement. Their crews were fantastic, even drawing positive comments on the way they carried themselves from our neighbors.
