“Yvonne and the team at Total Pool and Service are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve been getting chemicals, advice and service from them for the past 5 years. They have helped me with countless new pool owner questions and are always extremely patient!<br><br>Over the past 2 years I have also contracted with their crew for my openings and closings and could not be happier! Prior to JR and the team coming out to open my pool, a different company would take the cover off and say “good luck this season.” The Total Pool and Service team comes out, removes the cover, cleans off the pool deck, and even give the pools surface a deep cleaning! The service crew is always incredibly attentive, patient, and completely transparent about their process which as a newer pool owner puts me at ease. The cherry on top of the opening process is that the crew comes back a few days later for another deep cleaning and upon leaving ensure that your pool is clean and ready to start the season! Prior to Total Pool and Service I spent between 7-10 days getting the pool ready for the first swim of the season. This year I had a clean pool, got my chemicals balanced, and a replacement part (ordered at 6pm and it arrived the next day by 9am *big shoutout Yvonne!*) all in 4 days! The closing process is a dream as well, all that’s needed is the cover and the crew takes care of the rest!<br><br>There are very few businesses in general that truly care about their customers and their success, so it’s refreshing that the Total Pool and Service team go far and beyond to make the customer experience as supportive as possible!
