I thought it was strange for her to mix it up, but afterwards, it was a great technique. As usual, i had a greatvrelaxing massage and will continue to use this location.“

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.“

“I always have had a good experience here & regular clients get to know the staff & often more than one therapist. I think the only time I ever had a "less than pleasant" experience was as covid restrictions started & who wouldn't be on edge then. It was likely my fault- the point is that you will get treated well whether you come in once or become a regular client.**I strongly suggest explaining any special areas of focus you have,& if you have something like fibromyalgia (etc), letting them know if you need a certain skill set so you can get best paired with someone. Also, just explain ahead of time whether you mind talking. I don't suggest letting yourself get upset if they speak to you during the session & have no idea that you don't like that. Some clients are nervous talkers, for example, so just tell them know if you prefer a more silent session. Best for both parties. I believe the staff really does care about their clients.“

“I went here out of suggestion from my mother. I've had really bad experiences with PT and massages in the past. This was a really great experience! I actually learned a lot about massage therapy. It was really fun! The massage itself definitely took a lot of stress and pain away from work. I work physical jobs so this was a God send!
