I had a little bit of trouble finding the building but just give them a call and they will help you. “I got a massage here and it was a very professional, relaxing, and healing experience there was hot stones, massage techniques to relive muscle tension and knots, a relaxing atmosphere, and you even got to communicate your needs and pick your essential oil type. As a college student I carry a lot of tension and knots in my neck, shoulder area and lower back and I felt like the massage was helpful to relive tension in my muscles as well as relaxing and considerate and safe of me being a pregnant woman so I felt comfortable. My massage therapist I seen was Marcus and he was really professional, friendly, and had good communication throughout the session. Miss Qi the owner of the business was also very kind and made sure the massage was well coordinated and to check on me and make sure everything was good. Also the staff members were very friendly and checked on me to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. Overall great experience and worth going here, I will be here again for sure. “The hot yoga flow class is great. I am not from the area but travel here every year once or twice. I take at least one class here when I visit. The studio, locker room, restrooms are clean and well maintained. Bill was the teacher in the last class I took. He is a good teacher and helped me with my form in some of the poses. If you haven't tried a hot yoga flow class here you should.“
