Their service is impeccable! I had went in for the first time because I had been needing to get my hair re-done, the hair ended up beautiful, however not the tone I specifically was looking for. I communicated this to Rachel and she was kind and understanding and booked me another session. Kay re-did my hair and it was exactly what I was looking for, it came out beautifully. She was fast and efficient, all of that without an extra charge. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at this salon. The staff was very professional, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. The salon is clean, relaxing, and well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations.

I am new to the country, so finding a place where I feel comfortable and well taken care of means a lot to me. I’m very happy to have found this salon and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it.

I have been dying my hair deep auburn for over 40 years, but since I'm now quite grey, the roots show really quickly.
It was time to go grey!
So I travelled over from England to stay with my daughter and family. They all go to Salon Mizu and I had already met Kay last year.
She agreed to do the transformation and I'm so, so happy with the results.
