what a beautiful studio and the teachers are wonderful. I have also recently had a massage there and the therapists are knowledgeable & gifted. The environment in the entire studio is as relaxing and gentle as you'd hope when finding a space for your practice. Namaste'

I love Zenga yoga so much. The people, the place, the classes everything is on top. Very clean and hygienic place. The yoga, Pilates classes are fantastic & trust me they work you out in a very good way though :)

I recently moved to Virginia and wanted to try something new. I absolutely love Zenya yoga and all the different classes they have to offer. The personnel/instructors are really awesome and professional as well.
