If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.

My better half and I had gotten massages at Inner Peace Wellness this past Sunday. Shelly was wonderful. Thank you for taking great care of us. We recommend Shelly and her awesome hands. Very professional and hospitable. Going to see her again for sure.

I’ve been having issues with my lower back and Trena’s massage helped me immensely. She is quite literally the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to & I have visited a few in the area.
