“Drop off and pick up are easy. I like the email notification that my order is ready which reminds me to go get it! Staff was extremely friendly!”
“I brought a pair of pants to be altered after tearing the pocket on the arm of a chair. It took staff about 10 minutes to find them since they weren't in the designated location. They finally found them and I joked about getting a discount for waiting so long. To my surprise they didn't charge me anything! I've been going to Puritan Cleaners over the last year and I am beyond impressed with their service. You have a customer for life!”
