I've always liked Puritan and use them when needed. The staff and service is always kind and professional.
I absolutely LOVE Geri , who is the tailor, at the Parham location. She is an artist of the highest level ar her craft and is responsible for my repeated visits.
The best cleaners i ever had. I live in Charlottesville but drive for Mrs Jerrt and Wanda 5 star service. My shirts look brand new and she patches up my suits from years ago look brand new!! Thank you and the whole staff
I brought a pair of pants to be altered after tearing the pocket on the arm of a chair. It took staff about 10 minutes to find them since they weren't in the designated location. They finally found them and I joked about getting a discount for waiting so long. To my surprise they didn't charge me anything! I've been going to Puritan Cleaners over the last year and I am beyond impressed with their service. You have a customer for life!
