Executive Laundry has faced some issues with broken machines, including 14 washers and 7 dryers. However, many machines are still operational, allowing customers to complete their laundry quickly. The service is friendly, with one attendant being particularly kind, enhancing the overall experience. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the reliable equipment that treats their clothes well. Though improvements are needed in folding stations and lighting, the business remains a popular choice for laundry needs.
14 out of 29 washers were broken as were 7 out of 36 dryers. They make LED 4’ tube lights; please use those vs the ugly LED rope lighting that has become so prevalent these days. There are very few folding stations and baskets for transferring laundry. This business has declined in recent years since it was sold.
Oliver the attendant was so super kind. He made the experience at this place lovey. There are a few machines broken but more than enough are working great. I had a months worth of laundry and was able to get it all done in a couple hours. Speed queens are the best. Reasonably priced as well
I love going there. It's clean. No kids running wild in there. I pass 4 laundromats just to get to this one. The owners are very friendly also. If you don't come for a while when you do come ,he will ask how you been and is everything okay. I love this place and the owners. They always wiping up.
