Sparklewash Laundromat is a highly recommended and thoroughly clean business that offers great customer service. The laundromat is not a coin-operated one, which is convenient for those who don't want to withdraw money to wash and dry their clothes. The owner is friendly and takes the time to explain how to use the card machines to customers.
The machines are well-maintained and cleaned regularly, with the owners often seen cleaning the machines and the laundry detergent dispensing locations. The card system used in the laundromat is efficient and even offers a $1 bonus when adding $20 to the card.
Sparklewash Laundromat is family-friendly and located in a convenient area with a nearby convenience store. Although there is no restroom in the laundromat, the cleanliness and efficiency of the business make up for it. Customers appreciate the fast service, availability of carts for transporting laundry, and ample counter space for folding clothes. Overall, Sparklewash Laundromat is a great choice for those who value cleanliness, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Best laundromat i’ve been to by far! Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Wash dry fold service is quick, easy, and always perfectly folded and packaged. The whole place is extremely clean, especially the machines! I definitely recommend and will keep this as my go-to laundromat 😁
My first time in a laundromat in over 7 years. I was impressed that you can now used some kind of card to start the machines and dryers. I needed a lot of assistance and the attendant was very helpful with a pleasant attitude. She took my cash and swiped her card to get me started. I also loved the automatic doors for entrance/exits. That's a bonus when you have loads of clothes to carry to your car. Overall, clean facility and plenty of operating machines.
It was very clean. I only wanted to was a big comforter. I was in an out in no time. The lady attended could have been more hospitable. She was very friendly. No speak English could be the reason for her customer service.
